RENTAL PROCEDURES CHANGING FOR 2026
There are three updates for our rentals
Update #1
Rentals will be handled through the church office starting in 2026.
Reservations can be requested by phone (570)286-5356
or by email unitedl167@gmail.com
There is not currently an interactive online reservation system.
Update #2
Reservations for 2026 will open on January 1 as usual.
After that, renters may secure their spot one year and one week ahead of time. This is to alleviate a Jan 1 rush and allow all renters sufficient time to plan.
Example: your family reunion is always the first Sunday in February.
You may reserve Feb 1 2026 starting Jan 1 2026, just as we've been doing.
Then if your group decides they would like to repeat in 2027, you may secure your reservation in early February 2026.
Update #3
Renters are asked to sign a basic rental agreement.
Paper copies are available in the church carport entrance.
You may also print one from a file linked below.
Please return signed copies to the box in the carport.
Please keep the rules section for your reference and return just the signed page.
As we transition to this new system,
please be patient with our office staff and volunteers.

Picnic Pavilion ("The Grove")
$100 for half the pavilion
includes access to bathrooms at rear entrance of parish hall

Parish Hall

$100 - includes small kitchen

$350 includes full use of commercial kitchen
